2025 NRLCA keynote speaker - Director of Steward Operations - Nicky Phillips
Nicky Phillips, Georgia, was elected Director of Steward Operations of the National Rural Letter Carriers' Association at the 118th National Convention in Reno, NV on August 30, 2024. Nicky was first elected to the National Board in 2022 as Executive Committeeman at the 116th National Convention in Orlando, FL and was re-elected to the position of Executive Committeeman at the 117th National Convention in Grand Rapids, MI in 2023. Nicky was hired as an RCR in 1985 and became a regular carrier and a Local Steward in 1997. He served many positions, both elected and appointed, on both the district and state levels. Nicky was appointed Assistant State Steward in 2009 and was appointed by the National Board to the NSS as an Assistant District Representative in 2012. Nicky and his wife Sarah have two daughters and seven grandchildren.
